Improving/educating this so that we become more aware of our actions is therefore the ultimate goal of Alexander Technique classes.
People suffer from neck or back pain. They are surprised by the many small discomforts related to posture or movement, or they experience too much tension or stress.
Managing these complaints sensibly and harmonising thought, action and feeling is the core philosophy of the Alexander Technique.
It helps us to cope with the demands of modern life and allows us to work on the connection between what we do and how we do it.
